Every relocation agency with an office in a country we cover can be listed on ReloFinder at no cost. Its place in a list follows the same daily order as every other agency’s. On top of that there are two optional ways to work with us: requests from movers, or a Recommended profile.

Lead credits

Pay only for requests you accept

  • A request goes to you alone by default. Only when the mover ticks “compare offers” does it go to up to 3 agencies.
  • You see an anonymous summary first: city, services, timing and budget. No name, no contact details.
  • Accept, and you get the contact details. Decline or let it lapse, and you pay nothing.
  • One accepted lead uses one prepaid credit. The price is fixed per lead and shown before you buy.
  • Your first leads are free, as a trial, so you see the quality before you buy credits.
  • If the contact details are wrong, or the mover cannot be reached for 3 business days, the credit comes back.

Recommended profile

A labelled paid placement

€39 a month, or €390 a year

  • A fuller profile page for your agency.
  • A place in the band above the list, labelled “Recommended · paid placement”: at most 3 agencies per list, in an order that changes daily.
  • A badge on your profile and cards, and a backlink to your website.
  • Enquiries from your profile come straight to you, without a fee.
  • Your place in the list stays what the daily order gives it: a profile does not move you up or down.

The order can’t be bought

  • One rule, published in full on How we list agencies: every list is shown in a fair order that changes once a day, the same for every visitor, so no agency stays on top.
  • Size, name and payment play no part in it. The order of a list does not depend on whether an agency has credits, trial leads or a profile.
  • A paid profile sits in its own labelled band, at most 3 per list, and the order of that band changes daily, by UTC date. It keeps its own place in the list below.

    Tell us who you are, where you work and which way of working interests you. It takes about two minutes, and a person reads it.

  2. A short check

    Before anything is sent to you we look at four things: a registered company, professional liability insurance, your track record, and one call.

  3. Your profile

    We set up or correct your profile with you. The listing itself stays free.

  4. Your first requests

    They come as a free trial. You see the quality before you buy a single credit.

Questions agencies ask

Is a listing really free?

Yes. Every relocation agency with an office in a country we cover can be listed at no cost, and its place in a list follows the same daily order as every other agency’s. Credits and a Recommended profile are optional.

Does paying change my place in the list?

No. Every list follows one published method: a fair order that changes once a day. Credits, trial leads and a Recommended profile do not change it. A paid profile appears in a separate band above the list, labelled “Recommended · paid placement”, and keeps its own place in the list below.

How does a request reach me?

By default a request goes to one agency only. Before anything is sent you get an anonymous summary with the city, services, timing and budget, and no name or contact details. If you accept, you get the contact details and use one credit. If you decline or do not answer, you pay nothing. Only when the mover ticks “compare offers” does a request go to up to 3 agencies.

What does a lead cost?

A fixed price per lead, shown before you buy. One accepted lead uses one prepaid credit. Your first leads are free, as a trial, so you can judge the quality before you buy any credit.

What if the contact details are wrong?

If the contact details are wrong, or the mover cannot be reached for 3 business days, the credit comes back to your balance.

What does the Recommended profile include?

A fuller profile, a place in the band above the list on the lists you serve, a badge, a backlink to your website, and enquiries from your profile that reach you without a fee. It costs €39 a month or €390 a year, which is ten months for twelve. The band shows at most 3 agencies per list, and their order changes daily.

What checks do you run before I get requests?

A short check before the first request: a registered company, professional liability insurance, your track record and one call.

How do I correct or remove my listing?

Write to hello@relofinder.com. We correct wrong details, and if you do not want to be listed we remove the listing. To claim a profile and keep it up to date, use the “Claim or update this profile” link on it.
