Relocation agencies
11 agencies with an office in the United Arab Emirates, listed A–Z until their Google ratings are in. Paid profiles sit apart, in a labelled band. The ranking can’t be bought.
Dubai had 4.58 million residents at the end of 2025, up 7.5% in a year, and Abu Dhabi emirate had 4,135,985 at the end of 2024, also up 7.5% (Dubai Data and Statistics Establishment; Abu Dhabi SCAD). Newcomers typically go through visa stamping, a medical test and Emirates ID registration (360 Global Relocations), and a relocation agency usually helps with these steps, with home search and with settling in. Agency fees vary with scope, and the figures we found are estimates from marketing pages.

From our country research. Each figure carries its source and the date it was read.
All figures come from agency or broker marketing pages, so treat them as estimates. A Dubai property broker's blog (5 April 2026) gives a typical flat fee of AED 5,000 to 20,000 per relocation and AED 8,000 to 25,000 for a full corporate relocation package. It quotes property-specialist agents lower, at AED 4,000 to 12,000, and describes a third model of 5% to 10% of annual rent. 360 Global Relocations' cost guide puts a whole move to the UAE at AED 20,000 to 60,000 or more; that total includes flights, shipping and housing costs, not only the agency fee. The same guide lists visa and residency costs (visa processing, medical test, Emirates ID) at AED 3,000 to 8,000 and school registration at AED 2,000 to 10,000 per child. The flat fees and corporate packages on the broker's page span AED 5,000 to 25,000, about EUR 1,215 to 6,076 at 4.1147 AED per EUR (ECB EUR/USD rate of 5 October 2026 and the fixed peg of 3.6725 AED per USD).
Packages in the research range from EUR 1,215 to EUR 6,076.
