Simply London Relocation lists Home Search at £2,000, Home Search Plus at £2,500 and Home Search Premium at £2,800 (2026), and for families School Search at £1,200 and Settling-In at £800. It lists an employee-with-family package at £3,200, and its FAQ gives a range of £2,000 for home search to £6,000 for a comprehensive package, excluding the move itself. London Relocation lists accompanied or remote home search from £2,500. These prices exclude 20% VAT. We found no other agency price lists. At EUR 1 = GBP 0.8472 (ECB, 5 October 2026), £2,000 to £6,000 is about EUR 2,361 to 7,082. Both ends of that range come from one agency's statement, so treat it as an estimate.
