Relocation agencies
33 agencies with an office in Spain, listed A–Z until their Google ratings are in. Paid profiles sit apart, in a labelled band. The ranking can’t be bought.
Spain recorded 1,288,562 arrivals from abroad in 2024, and 7,243,561 residents held a foreign nationality on 1 January 2026 (INE, provisional). Foreigner appointments are hard to get: a guide updated on 5 October 2026 says TIE fingerprint slots in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia can disappear within minutes. Rents in September 2026 were EUR 23.4 per m2 in Madrid and EUR 20.1 in Barcelona (idealista). A relocation agency in Spain typically sells home search, help with NIE and residence-visa applications and, in some cases, temporary accommodation.
