Who we are and what we do

relofinder.com is operated by Loaded AG (see the imprint). ReloFinder helps people who move to another country to compare relocation agencies and to send one request to the agency that fits. The service is free for you.

ReloFinder is not a relocation agency. We do not move you, rent you a home or file your permit. The agency you work with does that, under its own contract with you. We are not a party to that contract.

How agencies are ranked, and who pays

Agencies are ranked by the ReloFinder score, which is built from the Google ratings of their own listings and the number of reviews behind them. Until those ratings are in, agencies are listed A–Z. How we rank states the method. The ranking cannot be bought.

Agencies pay ReloFinder for introductions or for a recommended profile. An agency with a recommended profile can appear in a separate band labelled "Recommended · paid placement". That band is advertising, and it sits apart from the ranking. A place in the band does not change an agency's place in the ranking.

Ratings and review quotes come from Google, with their source and date. They can be out of date by the time you read them.

Your request

• You tell us the truth about yourself and your move, and you use your real contact details.
• By default your request goes to one agency. If you ask to compare, it goes to up to three.
• The agency first receives an anonymous summary. It gets your name and contact details only if it accepts the request.
• An agency may decline or not answer. We do not promise that an agency accepts, answers by a date, or has availability.
• A person at ReloFinder reads every request, usually within one business day. That is not a promise of a result.

What the agency does

The agency sets its own services, prices and conditions. Agree them with the agency in writing before you pay. We do not check prices, we do not vouch for an agency's work, and we are not responsible for what an agency does or fails to do. A check of an agency before it receives requests is not a certification.

Information on the site

Guides and pages are general information with their sources and dates. They are not legal, tax, immigration or insurance advice. Rules change and every case is different, so check the sources and ask a qualified adviser before you act. ReloFinder does not give insurance advice or sell insurance.

Using the site

• Do not send spam, false requests or requests for other people without their agreement.
• Do not copy the site at scale, or try to get around its limits or security.
• The open data feed may be used under the licence stated on How we rank.
• The content of the site belongs to Loaded AG or its licensors. See the imprint.

Liability

Changes

We may change these terms. The date under the title shows the version in force. A change does not affect a request you have already sent.
