A one-bedroom in Dublin city centre averages about EUR 2,202 a month, a crowd-sourced estimate (Numbeo, October 2026). A Critical Skills Employment Permit lasts two years, after which holders can apply to stay permanently (Dublin.ie). Relocation agencies in Ireland typically help you find a home and settle in, and some sell their time in half-day or full-day blocks.

We found no published price list from a relocation agency in Ireland on the agency websites we checked (6 October 2026). One agency describes half-day and full-day packages and a monthly plan but shows no prices. We show no package range.
The CSO counted 125,300 immigrants in the 12 months to April 2025. 31,500 of them were Irish citizens returning, so about 93,800 were not Irish. Net migration was +59,700 and the population 5,458,600 (CSO, released 26 August 2025). At the 2022 Census, 20% of residents were born abroad, 1,017,437 people (Wikipedia, citing the CSO). Many of the foreign multinationals in Ireland are large technology and life-science firms (Wikipedia, IDA Ireland).
