Relocate Australia lists rental packages from AUD 3,000, 4,000 and 5,500 plus GST (EUR 1,864, 2,485 and 3,417) and add-on services at AUD 100 an hour (EUR 62). Journee in Perth lists a property search package from AUD 3,850 (EUR 2,392), single viewings from AUD 350 (EUR 217), a schools package from AUD 795 per family (EUR 494) and home set-up at AUD 2,495 to 2,995 (EUR 1,550 to 1,861). One agency lists a relocation package from AUD 1,249 (EUR 776) and a video inspection for AUD 199 (EUR 124). A Queensland service charges AUD 120 plus GST for a property inspection (EUR 75) and AUD 250 per adult for an application review (EUR 155). Euro amounts use 1 EUR = 1.6097 AUD (ECB, 5 October 2026). Corporate programmes are priced per case and are not published. The packages listed here run from AUD 1,249 to AUD 5,500, or EUR 776 to 3,417.

Australia's population was 27,921,150 at 31 March 2026, up 1.4% in a year, with net overseas migration adding 292,100 (ABS). The permanent Migration Program is set at 185,000 places for 2026-27: 132,240 skilled and 52,460 family, with 129,590 places for people already in Australia (Home Affairs). Within the skilled places, employer-sponsored places (including subclass 186) are 58,040, state and territory nominated places 35,500 and Skilled Independent (subclass 189) places 21,090. Rents rose 3.6% in the 12 months to August 2026 (ABS Consumer Price Index).
