Relocation agencies
23 agencies with an office in Austria, listed A–Z until their Google ratings are in. Paid profiles sit apart, in a labelled band. The ranking can’t be bought.
In 2025 Austria had 161,932 arrivals from abroad and net migration of 30,742 (Statistics Austria). In Vienna your first admin step is to register your new address (the Meldezettel), and a relocation agency typically helps with home search, school and kindergarten search, registration papers and setting up a bank account, TV and phone.

From our country research. Each figure carries its source and the date it was read.
The price lists we could read are from two agencies. Ad Verbum lists, in an undated price list, home search at EUR 580 to 1,780, school or kindergarten search at EUR 240 to 480, registration papers at EUR 200 to 660, and help with bank, TV and phone at EUR 160 to 480; broker commissions and third-party fees are not included. CIC (Carinthian International Center) lists its services at EUR 225 to 3,680 excluding VAT, for example help with authority appointments at EUR 225, an all-inclusive housing search at EUR 1,800, the residence and work permit application at EUR 1,530 and a dual-career programme for partners at EUR 3,680. We found no published prices for corporate packages. We show no package range, because these are prices for single services from two agencies.
Statistics Austria counted 161,932 arrivals in 2025, 9.3% fewer than in 2024, against 131,190 departures, so net migration was 30,742. In 2025, 2,553,600 people in private households had a foreign background, 1,901,200 of them born abroad (Statistics Austria). The Interior Ministry issued 631 first EU Blue Cards in 2025. At the end of 2025, 12,623 Red-White-Red Cards, 143,264 Cards plus and 1,621 Blue Cards were valid, and 8,631 of the Red-White-Red Cards were for shortage occupations (Interior Ministry); the Card plus includes family members. International organisations are based in Vienna: the Vienna International Centre hosts eight UN-linked bodies and about 5,000 staff, and OSCE, OPEC, OFID, IACA and IIASA are also based in the city (Wikipedia).
